Care Club

Welcome to St Andrew's Infant School Care Club, where we offer wrap-around care for St Andrew's children before and after school each day (Term Time only). Our attentive staff will look after the children by serving delicious meals and snacks and engaging with them through play.

Our aims

• To provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children to play after school.

• To provide the children with the opportunity to relax and play in a homely  environment.

• To provide reliable, high quality childcare for parents.

• Most of all   -  FOR THE CHILDREN TO HAVE FUN!

Prices for 2025-2026 are as follows:

Breakfast Club             £7.50

Half session               £7.50

Half session (after club)      £10.00

Full session                      £15.00

Start and Finish Times:

Breakfast Club                       7.30am - 8.30am

Half session                           3.10pm - 4.20pm

Half session (after club)         4.10pm - 6pm

Full session                            3.20pm - 6pm

Booking Care Club:

Booking and payment is via Scopay. Sign into Scopay and add funds to your CareClub account which will then enable you to select and book sessions. You must have sufficient credit on your account to enable you to make a booking.

Parents should make all their own bookings for Care Club at least 24hrs in advance, although ideally a week in advance to help with food ordering.

We accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare payments. Please use the link below to access Childcare Voucher information and find attached the Tax Free childcare instructions.

Terms and Conditions

By making a Care Club booking Terms and Conditions below are agreed to, and the pupil will be expected to attend the club. 

• Collection of children. Please ensure that the school is informed of the adult(s) who will be regularly collecting your child.

• Children are not allowed to be collected by anyone under the age of 16 years. Year 5 and Year 6 children who usually walk home after school will not be permitted to walk home alone Care Club and MUST be collected in person by an adult whose has consent to collect your child from Care Club.

• It is imperative that you inform the club/school if your child is being collected from school and not attending a booked session.

• Parents will be able to change or cancel a session up to 24 hours prior to a child attending a specific session without incurring a charge.

• Any change or cancellation after this point is non-refundable.

• If a child will not be attending a session, the office should be contacted before 14:00pm on school@potters-gate.surrey.sch.uk.

• If a child is on the register for After School Club and they do not attend, a staff member must then ascertain where the child is, which sometimes involves a telephone call to the parent. This obviously takes that staff member away from the other children and from their normal duties which results in a safeguarding concern.

• Please keep emergency contact details, and information about children’s medical and dietary needs up to date on Arbor.

• On the last day of term, 22nd July 2026 only breakfast club will be open due to 1.30pm school finish time.
